Hurricanes on the Road ... The Hurricanes 15s team coached by Steve Anderson spent a busy month on the road during July, playing at a series of college exposure tournaments. The team traveled to the Vivian Stringer Shootout at Rutgers in New Jersey, Hershey Showcase in Hershey, PA, Blue Chip USA Invitational at Penn State, Nike Summer Slam in Newark, NJ, and Blue Chip Battle of Baltimore. It was a time of intense basketball and the girls got better and bonded as a team. Here are some pictures to remember from Summer Slam -- before, during and between games:
